RETURN POLICY
What situation can I do the return?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that
1. are in their original package.
2. have not been used, installed, or disassembled.
3. are not damaged due to improper installation.
4. do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
We will issue you the full refund for any returned auto parts when you return meets the above requirement.
Is there any restocking fee for the return?
A 15% restocking fee will be applied if the package is opened even if the item is unused for returning orders for customer’s reason.
If the return was caused by our mistakes or product defect, you will not be charged for any restocking fee.
Who pays return shipping fee?
If the return was caused by our mistakes or product defect, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and there is no extra costs.
If the return was not caused by our mistakes, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label for you but the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUND
How long will it take to get my return or cancellation refund?
For the cancellation order, once the cancellation is confirmed. We will issue you the refund within 1 business day.
For the return package, it usually takes 3 – 5 business days to get refunded since the warehouse needs to check the return condition. Once the condition is checked, we will issue you the refund within 1 business day.
How long should I expect to get my money back once the order is refunded?
It depends. But for most of financial institution, it takes 3 – 5 business days to deposit the money back to the account you made the payment. If you didn’t receive the payment after 5 business days, please contact your credit card company or your bank.
I still don’t receive my refund. What should I do?
1. Please first check which bank account you paid for the order.
2. Contact the credit card company or your bank to check with the transaction, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted or there is no refund posted but offsets your pending transaction.
3. If you’ve done all of above and there is still no refund, please contact us. Our customer associate will help you and provide you with all the information you need to show your financial institution.
Cancellation
How can I cancel the Order?
Once the order is placed, our system will automatically process your order and send a fulfillment request to warehouses. The cut-off timeline for fulfillment is 3 P.M every business day. So there is limited time for cancel the order.
To best practice your cancellation:
1. You should contact us by live chat or email us for order cancellation request as soon as possible.
2. We will try to recall the package and cancel the order for you.
3. If the cancel request fails because your order has been fulfilled already, please refer to “Return Section”.
How long will it take to process my cancellation?
Once we receive the order cancellation request from the customer, we will immediately forward the cancellation request to our warehouse department. The warehouse department will give us feedback within a few minutes to check the status. Then we will forward back the message to you.
How do I know if my cancellation is confirmed?
You will get notified from live chat or email reply whether the cancellation is successful or not. If the order cancellation is successful, the customer will also receive a confirmation email.
How do I get my money back after the refund?
You will get the refund Only after the cancellation or the return is complete is complete. For more information and details about the refund, please refer to “Refund” Section.
