If you ordered a full set of 4 struts, front and rear pair. You may receive it separately by front pair and rear pair due to overweight, you should be receiving two tracking number and two packages.

Processing Time:

We ship most orders within 1 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business days.  

Shipping Methods:

We ship most orders by FedEx and UPS depending on customer address, no signature and no insurance provided if the customer do not require to do so.

Estimate Shipping Delivery:

Most of our customers will get their orders from range of 1 – 5 business day with the mode of 3 business days, but it depends on the delivery area and other factors such as weather conditions. The tracking number will be assigned to the customer after the packaged fulfilled. 

Reason Delivery methods by carrier, including but not limited to: 

  1. The postman may directly leave the package at the doorstep of your house or your unit.
  2. The postman may leave the pick-up notice at your house or your notice.
  3. The postman may leave the package at your community mailbox.
  4. The postman may leave the package at your building reception office.

Any delivery problem caused by the following reason, We do not take any responsibilities:

  1. The customer provides an inaccurate shipping address, customer name or the customer has not registered his/her name in the building (typically happens in the condo building). The package will return to our warehouse, the customer needs to pay the inbound and outbound shipping fee again if the customer wants the package ship again, please double check your shipping address. 
  2. The shipping address is accurate, but the customer didn’t pick-up the package at their local post office on time. Typically if no one picks up the package 3 weeks after the delivery notice, the item will ship back to our warehouse, the customer needs to pay the inbound and outbound shipping fee again if the customer wants the package ship again, please kindly know this.

The tracking number says the package has been delivered, but the customer says he/she didn’t receive it. In this case, please contact us within 7 business days we can help you to contact the carrier to see what’s going on.
